Just once, I would like to see an actress who isn't way better looking than the real person she is portraying.  Also, I'm sick of them featuring these cases when the mom has been drinking and smoking throughout the whole pregnancy and the baby is perfectly healthy.  I can just hear some idiot using this show as an excuse to get loaded.

I agree with you 100% on all of this. I don't wish FAS on any of the babies but to not show anyone that has had to deal with this as a result isn't realistic to me.

Baaahahaha!  I totally agree with you about the dramatization actors - they're always waaaay better looking!

Sadly, I think you're right about jackazzes using it as an excuse to drink and party it up.. Grrrrr...

I always wonder how many of those kids end up with attention problems or slight learning disabilities.  I don't think they do enough research about how those babies are a few years later.

I couldn't agree more about the actresses they use! I would like to smack a few of those girls that just keep going on and on about how great they felt, when I've felt like crap the entire time! I'd like to have their no symptoms and they can have all of mine!

They really do make those actresses look 100 times better than the people they are portraying.  Whenever I watch and they cut back to the regular person talking I almost jump out of my seat.  But really that show is crazy!!!!

I saw an episode the other day where the gal was on her college soccer team and played the whole time!  She thought she was just getting out of shape when she couldn't keep up with the running.  Part of that show is a little hard to believe-- they always end up with perfect babies and S/O's that are just overjoyed to be fathers.  I'm sure that is the reality for some, but definitely not for all.

I couldn't agree more especially about the drinking and smoking thing. I'm sure there are some idiots out there who actually use that as an excuse.

I still don't believe most of these fools didn't know they were pregnant.  Even if you still are getting periods, as some of them claim, there are a lot of changes that take place.  Unless you are a complete moron, you would notice that something is off.  And then they are in labor and don't realize until the baby pops out.  Give me a break.  Anyway, yes, the actors are always way better looking lol

I'll give leeway to first timers, especially older ones that have had no previous conceptions and have been told by medical professionals that there is no chance of it happening.. My beef is with the 2nd and 3rd time moms that have no clue.. yea right! the only way (IMO) that a mom ...aka a woman previously experiencing a full term pregnancy... doesnt know she is pregnant is if she is in complete denial and refuses the possibility. That kind of denial is just neglect in my book.

i just don't understand how people can not know they're pregnant.  i admit, i've had an easy pregnancy, no morning sickness, blah, blah, blah.  but um...the moving belly kind of gives things away!  how do you not feel the little one kicking?  how do you not think something's wierd when the belly just starts bouncing up and down?
