August Board Badge?

I noticed that some of the other Birth Club board members have badges in their siggys, like the July Firecrakers or the June Bugs. I think we should make one for August too! Any one have any cute ideas for a board badge? Anyone good at making badges?

Aww thank you so much Tink! That is an awesome offer. I will start thinking up ideas & hopefully some other ladies will respond too. If we get enough responses we will put it to a vote!

Ooh yay, thanks Tink! I have no idea how to make them either, but I agree, I think we need one. Hm..ideas...? What is August synonymous with? Heat? Haha

Not exactly "cute", but the only two I can come up with are "August Apples" or "August Acorns". They are more fall-like and not very descriptive of babies.

The birth flower for August is the Gladiolus or Poppy. Maybe use that for something?

Hmmm.. well the August birthstone is the Peridot & the birth flower is the Poppy. Maybe we could play off those? August is difficult. It's not really SUMMER, but it's not yet FALL either.

I'm not very creative, but I think a badge is a great idea! Maybe something along the lines of water or summer babies? I'm useless with this stuff :P
