Between Max having a chest cold and being a different time zone, I am late to the bump party, but I had to tell you that you are a saint. Holy cow your MIL sounds legitimately insane and I would have literally smacked her upside the head when she made the let down comment. You must be a saint.

Hey! I am sorry to hear that Max is not feeling well! He is too adorable to be under the weather, you know! I hope he gets better and soon! And while I am no saint, it truly is a wonder how I have yet to verbally biiitchslap MIL. Thank you. I wish there was something I could say or do to make her shut up. I just do not get how some people can't just NOT say something.

P.S. My MIL is also a teacher (7th grade) You would think she wouldn't be so BSC, but unfortunately, that is not the case!

Thanks for you kind words. This is his first time being sick and it just breaks my heart hearing him cough and seeing him be uncomfortable.
