I don't know the traditional way to make fried rice, but this what I do & it's good.
Small Diced Carrots, zucchini, onions, bell pepper, (or whatever veggies you want)
Saute your Chk (cut into cubes) in olive oil. & boil your rice while the chicken is cooking. Once the chicken is cooked and add your veggies, salt & pepper, garlic. Cook veggies until they are the brightest color (still crisp).
(I like egg in mine, so what I do is scramble an egg or two with a couple tbsp of butter-that way it's not too fluffy. in a separate pan & add the egg once the veggies are cooked)
