What to get a 30yo mom you don't know?

I found a family to help single mom (dad got arrested for domestic abuse over Thanksgiving) with two kids. The only information I got was for the kids, I know nothing about her.

The only thing that I can think of is a wal-mart gift card. We do have a department store but it's kind of overpriced.

Any other ideas?

A gc to a photo place so she can get cute pics of the kids, a gc to a salon, magazine subscriptions.

I always try to get something for her. Maybe its just me, but I think that as a single mom she probably deserves soemthing to make it about her. Walmart and grocery stores are good ideas but she'll end up using it for things that are for her kids and house.

Maybe split it? Something for her like a mani or pedi and then something to walmart.
