I have been EP for about 2-3 weeks after BF wasn't working for DS. When I pump I get anywhere from 1/2-1 1/2 oz from the left and 1-2 oz from the right. I'd like to increase my supply as much as possible, as I'm not able to produce enough for DS to get only breastmilk. I am also going back to work in January, and the only way for me to start building up a stash right now is to give him more formula vs. pumped milk. I've read about different supplements & things to do to help increase your supply (more water, more frequent pumping, oatmeal, supplements, etc.), but I'm wondering where to start besides the water & more pumping. Fenugreek? More Milk?
massage while pumping, pumping more, high fiber... I did it all at once. And once your supply is where you want it to be, then you can slowly back down on everything (pump not as often, not as long, not as much fiber... )

frequency is the key to upping your supply i would pump hourly for 5 minuets at a time
also could you contact a LC and try to fix your BF problems w/ DS?
