poop.  yay.  after over 50+ hours of no poop, finally got DD to poop.  Not constipated though, just holding it or not pushing it out.  Just happy that she finally went.  We had to take her temp and she finally UNLOADED.  My husband was wide eyed, it was pretty funny.  at least we will not be waking to her grunting all night trying to poop.  hopefully a better night!!

    It's so funny how "poop" can be so important these days.....it's definitely a quieter night at our house if LO is not grunting!!!

    This happened to my DD last week and I asked about it on here and learned the difference between constipation and just not pooping (thank you ladies).  Anyway when she finally did go it was a lot thicker than usual.  But we did sleep much better!

    last night was awful.  she woke 3 times grunting, crying, and pushing.  nothing all night.  it was not constipation though.  I am surprised. 

     I was wrong, it was 60+ hours with no poop.  we have her 1 month appt tomorrow, so I am going to talk to the dr about it.  we switched her formula from nutramigen to alimentum, so it may just be her system getting used to that switch.
