Ammonia stink/diaper rash and boiling - soft water ?'s

Talk to me about boiling microfibre inserts..for how long?? My daughter has what i think is ammonia burn rash. So I am boiling the microfibre inserts and stripping the pockets in dawn in the hottest water my washing machine can manage with an extra large pot of boiling water thrown in for good measure.

  so Am I doing the right thing? How do i need to change my wash routine? am I using to little detergent? or to much? I use country save and I just don't really know what I need to change. Help!

I am hoping you get some good answers. We have the same problem. The ammonia stink is awful!
