Who named your LO? DH

What's your LO's name? Hunter Jason

And why did you chose it? Hunter because he liked the name and Jason after his younger brother. Our next child with have a name from my side, either Cadence Vivian or James Sawyer.

Did you want to name LO that? Of course, or it wouldn't be his name!

Who named your LO? We both did.

What's your LO's name? DS-Joshua Micahel DD-Karter Addison

And why did you chose it? DS- I loved the Name Joshua and jokingly my XH told his friend he would name his child after him when he had one (before we had even met), strangly enough his name was Joshua Michael so we both agreed. Michael is actually after his dad.

DD-right before I got pregnant I was watching a movie (on the Disney channel-no judging please! ) and the girls name was Carter on it. I loved it!  We changed the C to K because we thought it looked more girlie (I'm usually not one for weird spelling or different names) and Addison was one of the names I liked for a first name.

DH and I both had her name and another name picked, but he ultimately picked it. Her name is Danica Lynn. I heard the name Danica probably 6 years ago and liked it.I told DH that name even before we got married. Lynn came from my mom Lynda and we thought it flowed well with Danica. Of course I like it!!

And why did you chose it?

Middle name: Alexander after DH (my family tradition).  Our last name is common so I wanted a unique first name, difficult to do for a boy!  We agreed our choice accomplished this and wasn't too crazy.  Also we liked it's Danish origin and the meaning "strong power".

Did you want to name LO that?

Most definitely!  I was more about the unique names and thought DH and I might have a hard time agreeing, so I let DH make a list of 10-15 names first, then I checked it out to see if I agreed with any and found a winner!

I have Roman Viktor, I got the first name and DH got the middle. I loved Roman since I read the Wisdom Paradox and one of the neurobiologists was named "Romanovich". It took a lot of convincing to get DH to agree with Roman, he really hated it... But my baby looks like a Roman! I really loved "Lucian" too, but that was really a no-go... Maybe my next baby...

What's your LO's name?  Eleanor Joan

And why did you chose it?  I chose it because it is both of my grandmothers names put together.  And Eleanor is my middle name, so I wanted her name to be carried on.  She passed away right after I met DH, so I feel like DD should carry on her memory a bit. 

Did you want to name LO that?  I've been wanting to name LO Eleanor since forever.  Joan came into play because I didn't want my other granmother feeling left out.  And I think it goes well together.

DH named LO.

DS is named Phillips Wesley.

We chose it because it is DH's name. 

I really didn't want to name DS the same name as DH, but gave in.  lol  We did agree to call him by his middle name Wesley though.  I just really don't like the idea of him being a Junior or Little Phil.  I always swore I would never name my child something but then call him by his middle name.  I have now learned to never say never. lol

What's your LO's name? Ezrielana Nicole

And why did you chose it? We both really liked different names, he liked Ezrie and I liked Lana, we both wouldnt move so we were going to name her Ezrie Lana, but then we kept smashing them together when talking about her and Ezrie didnt seem right since we knew we would always call her Ezrielana, So we just put them together. Nicole is an old friend of mine that I really cared about.

Did you want to name LO that? Not at first, it just seemed so long and different, but the more I talked about her, no other name seemed right and I fell in love with it. Then I looked up the meaning and together it means darling little helper. So I had to keep it.

Who named your LO?

I was the one who looked through the baby name book and wrote down all the names I liked. DH went through and checked the ones he liked. We both narrowed it down to 3, then finally agreed on Sydney.

What's your LO's name?

Sydney Addison

And why did you chose it?

No special reason, just liked it. Addison was DH's favorite name, but I didn't love it, so we used it as a MN
