How long did it take for it to be completely gone?  We have been treating DD's for 3 weeks and she still has it (using Nystatin).  It's better, but taking so long to heal.  I have started her on probiotics too.  She has been in disposables this whole time, so I don't think we're re-introducing it (although we've continued with cloth wipes, but I bleach those).  I also let her wander around without a diaper whenever we can.

You need to call your pedi. I was doing Lotrimin and it didn't clear him... they told me I should have called after 6 days with no improvement (but I didn't know that and waited 2 weeks, GRRR). We had to use Vusion, another prescription antifungal.

I did.  She has been there for 2 follow-ups already.  I told the pedi that I didn't think it was working, and she told me it was.  This was Wednesday.  I feel like it should be totally cleared up by now.

We're battling one currently but I don't expect it to get better until after he's done the course of antibiotics that he's on which isn't until Wednesday.
