Is it at 2 yrs that they can have honey?

Is it ok for them to have it in something or just not straight?  I can't remember.  Honey is helping ease Eli's cough but I think Evan is too young for it yet.  Unless maybe I could mix it with some warm water and lemon for him?

it should be okay over the age of 1. 

I think I've read that you should wait on "raw" honey until after 2 but not sure.  

C starting having honey around 1.
