Daycare Teachers gift ?: same for all or diff gift for main teacher

At daycare the kids are in with the main teacher until she leaves for the day then a secondary teacher comes in a takes over.  Same teachers everyday.

So the same gift for all or something different for the main teacher?  What about the daycare director and asst director? TIA

A bit of a different situation but I get my sons preschool teachers the same gift.  One is the lead teacher and the other is the assistant, but they are with my kids the same amount of time so I do the same gift, or at the very least the same gift value (if I do gift cards I'll sometimes do two different gift cards depending on their personalities etc). 

I do not get the preschool director or office staff a gift, quite frankly paying for preschool is expensive enough, then add in two gifts for the teachers and i'm out of money for the office staff.  The director also teaches a class so when my son was in her class I got her a gift obviously.

Are the teachers there the same amount of time? Like 8-12 and 12-4? Or is one there all day and then the other comes in for the last 1-2 hours? If their time with your kids is comparable, I'd get the same gift. If one is there most of the day and the other just an hour or two, I'd get a more substantial gift for the main teacher.
