Versatile ride-on toy for the soon-to-be 2 yr old?

I see Kohls has a Fisher-Price Little People ride-on toy with storage capability for toddlers on sale at 29.99. Is this a good deal or are there better ride-on toys with better features (like being able to steer) to look for?

    I don't think it is a great deal.  We have the Fisher Price, but I bought a used one for $5.  I have seen it new many times for the $30 price.  I think DS would like a small trike.  We also have this.  He likes it more than the fisher price.

    We've had the Fisher Price one for 4 years now, and all three of my boys have enjoyed it.  My older boys now like to ride their bicycles outside, so I'm thinking of getting my youngest (18 months) a tricycle with an adult push bar, so that he can ride that (or be pushed) when we're all outside.
