Anyone in Milwaukee do a homebirth?

Hello!

I am about 9 weeks right now and have seen my GYN as my OB for one visit and have one scheduled this Wednesday and I'm really considering switching to a MW and having a homebirth, or going to a birthing center (there is one in Menomonee Falls I'm going to look into).

Anyone in the area done one before? Any tips/pointers etc?

    I wish I could help, I wanted to look into the idea of a home birth for my first pregnancy and DH said absolutely NO!  Crying  This one is looking the same also.

    my only suggestion is looking at the wisconsin guild of midwives.  That's how i found mine
