...am I really crazy?..or is DH just not understanding..he gets so mad when I get frustrated that we have not concieve yet..he says it will happen just stop worrying..he thinks I dont need to test and actually try to time it out..and maybe he is right maybe we should just let it happen when it happens..anyone else going through this?
Re: DH just doesnt understand
Have you tried charting? To figure out when you O and to better time sex?
Sign up with fertility friend (through a ticker) and take some tutorials they have. I learned a lot from there.
Also sit down and watch the Great Sperm Race on youtube. It helps put things into perspective!
GL!
My husband is a bit like that. I was saying to him the other day (after I got my period) that maybe there is something wrong with me and he just said it was going to be find, not to worry, etc.
I don't tell mine anything about ovulation, CM, etc. I have told him the basic principals behind charting so he knows why I take my temp but he doesn't want to know beyond that.
I guess I would rather him be optimistic and not negative like me!

Well, worrying probably doesn't help a lot, but sometimes it is necessary to worry. Everyone mentions charting because many girls do it just so they can see exactly when they ovulate, if they ovulated for sure, and at what point in time they should test. Timing it out with charting can both be helpful and frustrating, but at least timing it out gives you more information to use when/if something is wrong (as well as tell you what days you're more likely to test positive if you did get pregnant.)
You have to find your medium between sanity and craziness waiting for your BFP. I think that is why many girls chart. At least with charting there is a constant influx of information to help you learn what exactly your body is doing versus just testing when you think you should.
My Ridiculous Chart
My DH is like that now. He thinks that we should just relax, not obsess, and let it happen. Which is what we are doing this cycle.
However, when we first started TTC, we went balls out. Temping, using OPKs, using Preseed, etc. I got sick of it all, especially since everyone we know who is pg, didn't do anything except have sex. Now that I have charted for 5 cycles (but only 3 of them ovulatory), I am much more comfortable just going with the flow because I at least know what my body is supposed to do around O time, etc.
