What is going on with my temps?

My temps are on a roller coaster!  It's driving me crazy!  Maybe today is an implantation dip?  Or maybe my temp dropped today because I woke up not feeling well today.  Any advice or thoughts you can share with me about my roller coaster temps?

    I wonder if you didn't O on CD15 instead of 18.  If you did, your coverline would probably be lower, and then your temps wouldn't look so out there.
