NTTGPR - anyone else get what feel like hot flashes

I have always had a few a month and am only now realizing they are probably hormonal as my temps shift.  But I actually get toasty warm, sometimes waking in the the middle of the night etc.

Now for the record I do share a bed with what has to be the world's most heat exuding man - and I mean temperature hot seriously he has a really high metabolism.  But I don't think that is the issue.

I don't have this, but isn't it funny how you start to notice trends with your body while TTC?  Are you charting?  You mention a temp shift, but you have no chart linked.  If you aren't, I think you would find it very cool to see the patterns/trends with the temp shift from month to month.

Funny that you mention that!  I was just noticing yesterday that I was getting hot flashes, thought maybe I was coming down with somehting, but my temps are going up, so might be associated with ovulation! interesting!

I've felt so uncomfortable the last couple days and waking up in the middle of the night because I feel so hot. It doesn't make sense because nothing has changed, if anything it's gotten colder.

Yup, I definitely get mini hot flashes around ovulation too.

OMG..YES! i was JUST thinking this last week..i had a + OPK sunday/monday so i think I O'd sometime m-th...i had the biggest hot flashes while getting a surge/O'ing..(had fertile CM as well)...it was crazy..im only 23 and so it was strange for me, I am always cold so that threw me for a loop! LOL

Yes - I felt like I was roasting during my first 2WW off the pill!

I definitely have been getting hot flashes, lol. I go through phases where I wake up sweating in the middle of the night- and all I sleep in is a tank top or tshirt and underwear!
