Feel like labor is going on forever!

Since Friday afternoon, I've been having pretty regular contractions, but no baby to show for it yet! I'm so uncomfortable at this point, but still think this is just the very early stages of labor. The contrx feel like period cramps, and I have been woken up in the middle of the night by some. I've been timing them on and off all weekend, they range from 10-20 minutes apart, and sometimes go away for an hour or two. Not regular enough to think I'm in true labor yet, but this is going to be exhausting if it continues for days on end! I'm just feeling tired, anxious, and physically very uncomfortable at this point, so I needed to post this as a little pity-party for myself. As uncomfortable as I am though, it is 100% worth it knowing I may get to hold my baby within a few days....

My friend had that pre-labor crap for a week! I wish you a speedy labor and a start to "actual" labor very soon. That cannot be fun!

same here!  my friend who had her baby in March was in some pretty hardcore prelabor for, like, 2 whole weeks.  it was nuts, but she stayed at 2cm and ended up having to get induced.  hang in there, there is an end in sight!
