For some reason I am starting to like this name for a little girl.  Thoughts?  I would want to pair it with a more feminine middle name, but thought it would flow well with DS, Ethan.

I love it! How cute! I am a fan of using boy names for girls, many people are not. Charley is a name we have picked out for us if we have a girl.

 I like the name though. It reminds me of Andie Anderson from How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days.

Andie is cute for a nn. I know someone named Andalee ( not sure if that's how she spells it) and we call her Andie.

I hate it as a given name. As a nickname for Andrea or something similar, I can handle it.

It is fine as a nn for Andria (or Andrea) but not as a stand alone name.

Andelynn? There's a name she'll have to spell for everyone for the rest of her life.

The problem with using boy names for girls is that after a while no one will use that name for boys and then boys have fewer names. It's just not a sustainable practice and unfair to boys.

Andie is a cute nickname for Andrea.
