For those of you with a BOB Revolution

How long will baby fit in it? I have read conflicting things where some people note their baby has grown out of it by 1 yrs old. It seems awfully expensive to only be able to use for one year. I want something that will basically last until my child is pretty close to being able to ride a bike along side me versus being in the stroller. I would also like to use it as an everyday stroller and I don't want to have to replace it so quickly.

 TIA for your thoughts!

Re: For those of you with a BOB Revolution

  • I have the BOB and although my LO is only 6 1/2 months old, I can't imagine that she would grow out of it at a year. It's a pretty big stroller. BTW - I've been SUPER happy with the stroller!

  • DS is pretty big (95th for height, 75th for weight) and he still fits in quite well at 21 months.  I think he'll fit until he is at least 3 or 4.  Don't count on being able to push your kid until he/she is old enough to ride a bike, though. My ds has developed quite an opinion about whether or not he wants to ride in the stroller and, unfortunately, he often does NOT want to ride ;)
  • My DD is 2.5, 36 inches and 33lbs and she fits in it and has room to grow. Most kids don't reach 50-60lbs until they are 5 or 6. Trust me your baby will fit in it for a long time.
  • Thanks everyone.... I'm thinking this is what I'm going with. I may even end up with it for Christmas from the in - laws ... that would seriously make my day since it's so expensive.

  • My 4 year old who is 42 inches tall and 40lbs.  (90% for her age) still fits in the stroller.  The canopy is getting close to the top of her head but she hasn't complained about it yet.
  • I have seen children much older than a year in them in my neighborhood.  My neighbor's 18 month old still fits in his with room to grow.  I love ours.
