I wasn't sure where to post this.....

Does anyone know the probability of being on an IUD and antibiotics and getting pregnant?

I dont think antibiotics mess with an IUD like it does with the pill. Ive had mine for 4.5 yrs and taken meds and not gotten pg.

I was instructed to use a back up method when on antibiotics with my Mirena.

If you think you're PG take a test or call your OB.

I don't know if you'll see this - you posted awhile ago.  I'm on antibiotics right now and a Mirena and was told to use backup.
