    i get triphasic. it means that there are 2 temp jumps instead of one. tri for 3 levels. if you go to my signature you can see a tri on september cycle.

    It's when there is a second temp shift after ovulation (so your chart would have 3 defined levels of temps).

    This second shift is caused by your body continuing to produce progesterone due to pregnancy.

    it isnt always a sign of pregnancy. it can be a good sign but many ppl get triphasic without a pregnancy
