shark vac and steam ??

Anyone have the shark vac and steam? Is the suction on the vac pretty good and does it get all funky and gross from the steam? Thanks!!

Me too!   When the Hell did I become the kind of person that desperately wants a steam mop for Christmas?   lol

We own one. We don't use the vac much it is only for hard surfaces (fyi - as i didn't realize this before buying it)  I prefer to swiffer first because it is loud ( usually doing it when my twins are sleeping)

 The steam part it awesome, especially on the wood floors. It cleans quickly and dries super fast and I love that there are no chemicals or build-up on the floor when LO's are crawling around on it.

On other thing, it is kinda hard to push around, as it is a nubby microfiber pad on the bottom, not a smooth mop type surface.

I would say - buy it!

I have an expensive steam mop and the only problem is finding the time to use it. It's a heavy-duty one that gets hotter than the Shark one. It cleans great--leaves nothing. A common problem with the Shark one is it can leave your floors wet for longer than other steam mops--this is just what I've read. I find myself using the Swiffer much more than the steam mop because Swiffer is just so much easier to use.
