Thanksgiving dinner

I've worked so hard this year (points to ticker), but I don't believe in depriving myself of holiday foods that one come around once a year! My sister had Thanksgiving dinner and it was fantastic - I somewhat kept track of what I ate all night, and was surprised that I didn't go over 2,000 calories. (I usually eat 1,500 a day.) She made a pretty healthy meal, completely unintentionally. Which worked out really nicely. I think the only thing I went crazy with was the green bean casserole LOL. It was fantastic, and it is the first time in my entire life I have ever had it (!).

I skipped out on the pie but that was about all I limited. Going to the gym tonight and tomorrow afternoon like usual, but I have to say, I really enjoyed the holiday this year, both because of meeting my weight loss goal recently and because I know the other days of the year I'm eating healthy and exercising regularly. It is nice to splurge on yummy food once in a while :):)
