Question about AF

Hi ladies, I was just wondering how your AF flows are.  Are they normally short, long, heavy, medium or light flow.  It's just that mine used to be around 6-7 days starting heavy CD1 and maybe CD2 then getting lighter until it would stop. But now (especially the one I'm on right now) Started light and still is at CD3.  Anyone else like this too?

Mine usually last 3-4 days...I have 1 day of spotting before CD1 then it's usually medium/light for a day or 2 then light.  This month was a bit different though because my cycle was longer.

I have 1.5 days of light/med flow and then 2-3 days of a little spotting.

This cycle was longer and heavier than past cycles, but usually I'm a heavy CD1 and then lighter for 3 to 4 days.

Mine honestly have varied since I came off BCP in April. My first two were fairly heavy at the start and lasted 6-7 days. Since then they've shortened a bit (the next few were closer to 5 days) and lightened up a bit, but were still on the heavier side.

My last cycle was much shorter and lighter though- it lasted 4 days and my first day was med flow, the other three were light.

My pre- AF spotting has varied quite a bit with the AF changes as well, so I just don't have expectations about AF anymore

Before I went on the BCP my periods were super heavy for about 4 days then light for 3 more. That along with the really awful cramps and mood swings were the reason I went on the pill to begin with.

Since going off the pill my periods have been super light. 3 days of light flow.

Thanks for responding.  Mine sounds similar to most of yours.  I just figured that since I had a longer cycle than normal that it would be heavier.  But what's there is there I guess and I shouldn't complain!

Mine used to be light and 4 days exactly on the pill.  Lately, I've been spotting for a half-day or so, and then getting heavy all of a sudden for about a day or 2 before lightening up and fading out with more spotting.  This last cycle was all sorts of weird spotting for days before and after, but only 2 days of flow.  I even noticed a tiny bit of spotting last night!  WTH? 

I've stopped even trying to understand what goes on down there sometimes.  I picture my uterus having some sort of little mischievous goblin setting up camp, setting traps and tricks just to throw me off.

Mine is all over the place. One cycle it will be heavy for 2-3 days with medium-light flow for another 3-4 days. Last cycle I had several days of spotting and just a couple days of light flow. I never know what it's going to do.
