How does this flow?

We like the name Theodore, nn Ted, but I'm not sure how it sounds with our last name, which sounds like Goodard or Goodford:

Ted Goodard

What do you think? Too much of a "d" sound?

Theodore Jack Goodard 

Jack is my dad's name, but I don't have to use it, just thought it would be nice.  Any other mn ideas?

I love that name! I think it sounds fine. In fact, it's a very strong name. I love it.

I love it!  I have loved Theodore since I was a child.  I would use the nn Theo, but Ted's nice too.
