Phases of the menstrual cycle

So FF is doing another promotion.  Instead of doing the chart interpretation, they want you to take the final course test.  One of the questions asked what the names of the phases of the menstrual cycle were.  This was one of the choices:

Menses, Enthusiasm, Optimism, Anxiety

That is pretty freaking true though...I'd say that the anxious stage lasts longer then you would expect
