Woke up at 4 am to temp, then re-woke up at 5:45 to get started in the kitchen. We are having a breakfast Thanksgiving with the in-laws and then a big dinner with my side of the family.
Anyone else cooking away already? Or planning on wathcing the Parade?
Happy Thanksgiving ladies!

Ha! Nope! DH and I are having quiet Thanksgiving for two (I have to work tomorrow). We are running in a Turkey Trot in 2 hours, and then I will cook our little tiny turkey breast. It should only be a few hours to get my food fixed!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Good Morning Ladies!
Going to moms for dinner, so I just have to make dessert which is in the oven right now. We are having pumpkin upside down cake.

I wish I had done more prep last night, but we started drinking and then it all went downhill from there.
I was up at 7 to start cooking... turkey, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, rolls, cheese grits, mashed potatoes, green beans, and chocolate pecan pie. I'm going to be cooking all day!
I got up early, but just so I could snag some deals on Best Buy! I was up late last night making a cranberry swirl cheesecake and a sugar cream pie. Once we get to my parents, I'll help my mom finish everything else up.
Happy Thanksgiving to all you wonderful ladies.
No cooking for me this year... NONE. I thought I liked the idea but to be honest I feel really lost right now! LOL I dont know what to do with myself.
Leaving around 12 for my mom's and then to the ILs later at night for dessert. I have a feeling I'm going to be going way overboard on Christmas dinner which will most likely be all on my shoulders.
Happy thanksgiving all!
PS - for a little pick me up I highly recommend coffee spiked with eggnog instead of milk
