Adoption

New book about adoption & radio interview

I listened to an interesting radio interview this morning on Wisconsin Public Radio...that I thought some of you might also be interested in.

It was a mom with 4 adopted children, now all adults. She was on the program with one of her daughters, who is a birth mom (got pregnant while in a bad relationship, decided to pursue adoption). Together they just wrote a book that tells stories primarily from the birth mom's perspective but also from adoptive parents and adoptees.

You can listen to the radio program here (sorry not clicky)https://www.wpr.org/webcasting/audioarchives_display.cfm?Code=jca look for the item (top of list when I looked) listed under: Wednesday
