Tylenol Dosage for 5 mo.?

My boys are 5 mo. and about 14-15 lbs. What's the dosage they get? I haven't needed to ever give them any and I lost my chart when we moved. Is it one dropper? .8 ml?

Thanks! I think Noah's teeth are bothering him. He isn't napping today and has been fussy, crying, chewing, drooling like crazy. He's not hungry or constipated and he's never been fussy before. He doesn't seem to be sick either. I'm hoping it might help with the pain if that's what is bothering him.

This is what our protocol is in Emerg. Acetaminophen give 15mg/kg and Ibuprofen give 10mg/kg. These formulas are what I'll use for our boys.The doses on the packaging for Tylenol and Mottin usually underdose.

Yup. Weight based dosages approved by our pedi at work. It's his medical directive we follow. Like I said -- most of the dosing on the packages under-doses kids. Obviously though if you're concerned re: proper dosing ask your physician.
