How to stop fenugreek

I want to quit taking fenugreek, I don't think it's doing anything to help me at all. Can I just quit cold turkey, or do I need to wean like domperidone? I don't want to make my low supply any worse... TIA!

    I just stopped when my milk supply got where I wanted it to be. It did not effect my supply when I stopped. As long as your LO is still nursing it should stay the same. Hope this helps.

    I was also taking Blessed Thistle along with the Fenugreek.

    Cool thanks! I figured I would finish the pills I have and then quit. I am taking domperidone too, which I think is the only thing that is really helping me.
