Has anyone used one? What do you think?

  • Very helpful.  My first few tries were busts, but now I'm a believer.  Get the salt packets that go with one, too.

  • I think Dailyght also has used one in the past.

  • Heard they are awesome, but I'm too chicken to try them. I'm 33 years old and still plug my nose when I go underwater swimming.  I HATE water up my nose!  If you use it, report back how it is!
  • Yes love it.  Especially when I was pregnanct.  It's gross, but helps so much!

  • You know my husband would make love to one if he could...
  • It's disgusting, but I LOVE mine!  I started using it, as needed, a couple of years ago and honestly can't believe I never had before.  I get sinus infections several times a year, but since I've started using the neti pot I've only had one in the last couple of years!

I have used it but was kind of chicken to report on it until I read responses!

I've used it a few times but could not tell if it was working right. BTW, I still hold my nose when going under water, too! Anyway, my DH was telling me it has to be a scam. No way could it work. Whatever.

Yesterday I could so tell it was working. All along I was not leaning far enough forward. Wow. The difference! I blew my nose right after and my ears pooped and everything was so clear. Even my eyes felt clear.

I think I am a little in love with this thing. DH wants to try it, but I told him he has to buy his own.

  • yes. I love mine....its the BEST cure for clogged nose.  I use it and can breathe again when I'm sick. Granted it doesn't last as long as Sudafed, but I don't get the other side effects either.

  • It's gross, but totally helps.  I got the one that's not a pot, more of a squirt bottle.

  • I've never heard a bad thing about them. ?All raves.

Personally, I utterly refuse to pour warm saltwater up my shnozola.

  • I like using the NeilMed nasal rinse better.  I think it's a little more user friendly.  Best thing for a stuffed up nose and clogged sinuses.
