Do you think it is OK to make my stuffing tomorrow afternoon and then re-heat it on Thursday? I am just trying to keep the cooking to a minimum on Thursday.

Yeah, I think it'd be fine. I'd just make sure it's nice and moist, so that it doesn't get dried out when reheating.
:::shudder::: I hate this word.
It should be fine. The one year we had it at our townhouse up home, I cooked the macaroni and stuffing the day before to save room and it still tasted good!

LOL!
I do too, for the record. Just couldn't think of a better word. Damp? Yeah, that's even more gross. haha..
Thanks ladies!! I was looking at the recipe and it said to drizzle Turkey pan drippings on it, so I will plan to do that before reheating to keep it nice and moist .

Re: Random TG cooking question!
I do not claim to be a cook at all but my SIL is quite good - she made stuffing for Thursday this morning. HTH!
