Follicle size question

I posted below that I'm on CD12 and have 4 follies:  20, 17, 15, and 12.

I go back on CD14 (Thursday - happy Thanksgiving to me!) for another u/s, to check my lining, and possibly to trigger.

How much can I expect these follies to grow?

How much can I expect my lining to grow (4.1 right now) with this estrogen/vivelle patch?

I boughy baby aspirin this morning but no clue whether it will even work at this point or not. 

11/10: IUI #1 =100mg Clomid CD4-8 + pregnyl trigger + IUI = chemical pregnancy
1/11: IUI #2 = 5mg Femara + trigger + IUI = BFN
2/11: IUI #3 = injectibles + trigger + IUI = BFN
IVF #1 April 2011 ER 4/23 w/16 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 11 fert., 4 blasts to freeze, 5dt of 2 blasts on 4/28, beta #1 5/7 = 243... beta #2 5/9 = 491....beta #3 5/11 = 1113!!

    I usually grew 1mm/day. I bet the trigger you after your next US.

    anywhere from 1-2 per day.   Mine always seemed to be closer to the 2 side of that range.

    ETA:  I always triggered as soon as the dominant one was at 18 or above (like if my u/s appt showed it at 17 we'd wait, and if already had it at 19, then that would be trigger day)

    I know that feeling. Can't tell you the amount of time my company has paid me to ponder my lady bits.

    Your experience sounds similar to my first cycle. Thin lining and all. I wasn't given any estrogen, so can't tell you what to expect there. But good luck!
