If you had this procedure how much time did you have to take off working out and how did you get started again?  Did you start with some types of activities before others?

It's been about 2.5 weeks and my incision looks great and I'm feeling pretty good, I am just nervous about getting started again since I don't have a magic window to  my ute.

Also, I have a crazy pudgy lump above the incision....how long until that goes away?  I had been looking forward to swimming again but that lumpyness doesn't really make me want to put on my suit in front of other people.
