I need a kick-ass stuffing recipe. DH says we're making turkey when his dad visits us on Friday. He told me we don't need stuffing.
um. What?! Of course we need stuffing. Stuffing is the heart and soul of the turkey. MUST HAVE STUFFING!
ahem.
So, any recipes you want to share?
Re: Stuffing recipes?
I use stove top. For some reason the thought of cooking something INSIDE an animal makes me wanna vom. LOL :P I am with your DH where as I can live w/o it...
I have a to-die-for stuffing recipe on my FB page notes. It was my grandma's and it's seriously the best I've ever had!

I've made Pioneer Woman's stuffing a few times and love it!

Ours is really simple, but reallly good. 2 loaves of bread, toasted and torn into small pieces. 2 cups celery, finely diced, 1 cup onion, finely diced, 1 stick butter- cook all this together until celery and onion are soft. Then, mix into bread, use broth from cooked giblets to wet it down, and stuff it into the turkey if you want, or, as we've done lately, just stick it in a pyrex 9x13 and bake at 350 for about an hour. You can also sub chicken stock for the turkey juice and it's the same deal.
