Second Trimester!!!!

So, I know that there has been some debate over when the second tri starts, but I've been holding out for week 14.  And it's finally here!!!!!!  I'm so glad to join all you other ladies who have entered your second tri

We are due on the same day and I'm also excited to be in the 2nd tri by anyone's definition!  Did you go to James Madison?  DH used to own some rental properties in Hunter's Ridge....we used to live in the DC area.

Yay!  We're all date twins! 

 And yep, I did go to James Madison   That's really neat that we have that connection.  Did your husband go to JMU or did he just decide to buy some rental property there?  I hope the kids who rented from him were good...some of those kids are pretty crazy haha.

He didn't go to James Madison but his buddy did, and they both bought some rental properties in Hunter's Ridge because they were cash-flow positive.  He sold the last one a few months ago, because they were too hard to deal with from so far away, and because I guess some new developments have been built near JMU so they weren't as in-demand.  Yeah, the reliability and craziness of the tenants tended to vary   What year were you? Where do you live now?

Yea, they have been building a ton of new apartments around JMU in the past few years, so I can understand the decline.  The entire campus has really been developing...it's kind of crazy lol.  I graduated in May 2009...what year was your husband's friend?  We live in Florida now...big change haha.  I miss Virginia's seasons!

Yeah, we are in San Diego now so I also miss the seasons   My family and a lot of close friends are still all in the DC area, so at least I get back a lot.  DH's friend graduated in 2001, I think. 

It's fun that we're date twins!  Good luck with everything!
