Anyone remember how much B6 you take for Morning Sickness?? My Dr. told me but I cannot for my life remember if she said 50 mg per day or 50 mg twice a day...

I took 25mg b6 + 25mg unisom in the pm
and 25mg b6 in the am.

Great thanks! She told me about the unisom as well, but I didn't want to try that with DD still not completely STTN...

For me, the 25mg didn't knock me out. It just took the edge off enough so I could fall asleep. Everyone reacts differently though. Good luck!
