Middle names for Helen?

DH and I are pretty sure that we're going with Helen for the first name, but aren't sold on any middle names yet.

We've thrown around Helen Cecilia (after 2 grandmothers) but I can't decide if I love it, or if I just like it.

I would always recommend middle name after family. But my first thought after Helen would be Eleise. ( E-lise) Not sure how to spell.

I don't have a ton of help for you, but I have to say I love the name Helen! Nice choice!

I do think Helen Cecelia sounds nice, though!

Helen was my grandma's name and I've thought about it too.  Cecilia would be lovely with Helen.  My first thoughts were pretty standard Marie and Elizabeth.  I'm pretty old school though.
