We put our nursery furniture together today!! We got a good deal on a crib and dresser/changing table at BRU's nursery sale, plus some coupons. The plan was to put it together after Thanksgiving, but as soon as we got it in the front door we knew we couldn't wait. It's from the Babi Italia collection, and it's really solid and seems like it won't show dings and scratches. The nursery seems so much more 'real' now. We've been spending more and more time in there, but now it really feels like baby's room.

I loved having the nursery put together when I was pregnant with DD. Once I could really feel her kicking around I would sit in the rocker and read to her or listen to music in there...I don't know if that makes me a total dingbat, but it helped. Enjoy it!

That is great you already have the nursery set up!  My furniture is being delivered on Wednesday.  I can't wait!

 We just did the furniture pieces. It's a dark chocolate sleigh bed. We're going to do Winnie the Pooh theme, but try to make a bunch of the decorations, bumpers, etc. My mom is coming in a few weeks so we can pick out colors.

I'm jealous, my baby room is covered in drywall mud and insulation. It's a mess, but hopefully soon it will be great.
