Rash, yeast under neck

LO one has rash under chubby neck, nurse said it looks like yeast. Gave us cream. Anyone else seen this>? If so you think it is contagious? I forgot to ask.

Our LO had it, under neck and in other folds.  Gross!!  Shouldn't be contagious.  ALong with the cream, be sure to keep area as dry as possible.  Yeast continues to grow when it is moist.

my little one had a slight rash in the fold under her chin and i just put some desitin on it. it was gone the next day!

Andrew gets this and in other folds of skin. Pedi said mix Lotrimin (athlete's foot cream) with hydrocortisone cream. It clears up really fast but I have to use it frequently because it comes back quickly too.
