Should I dump it?

We are out of town at my in-laws and I woke up with a migraine. All MIL had was excedrin tension. I took 2 at 7 and am pumping now at 9. Should I dump it? I usually get 12-14 oz this early so if I don't have to I would prefer not too but I don't want to poison DD. Thoughts??

No! There are very few medications that are incompatible with BFing. Isn't excederin tension just acetaminophan (tylenol) and caffiene anyway?
