I had my D&E for the twins. I did fine with m/c dates - EDD in March, year after m/c in August  - but the milestones for the twins are the hardest. Christmas is going to be awful. I know, not a great attitude, but I'm going to my in-laws and they don't understand why I'm still sad. Nor will they respect my request to donate my gift money to a local organization that distributes bereavement packages to mothers at the hospitals in town. Ugh.

ETA: Oh, CD 1 was yesterday to make things even more special. We're not really trying for the next few months, but our sexy times did align up and I had a small glimmer of hope.

Sending big hugs. Will keep you in my thoughts. I know how you feel the milestones for my twins are harder for me then my last loss that was much earlier. My family doesn't understand why the holidays are tough for me this year, they understood last year but I think they feel I should be over it and feeling better. I think your donation idea is great. Last year we donated toys to the childrens part of the hospital I delivered, will do it again this year.

Butterfly, that's awesome. I hadn't thought of doing that, although I'm not sure I could handle it. You are one strong woman.
