Update on me...
Most of my info is in my siggy. By Beta numbers were low and the NP consistently told me the numbers were normal and considered this a "healthy pg". I told them I have done my research (my bump buddies
) and I knew something was not right.
SOOO yesterday I begin cramping really bad and that night began bleeding heavy. I was up all night with intense pains. I called Dr first thing in the morning and still no Dr only NP. NP conveyed through the nurse that I need to go to the ER and come in for Betas on Monday. Oh and don't worry bleeding similar to a period is normal while pg! I explained the seriousness of the bleeding and told her I am having a miscarriage. I also told her to tell the NP I am not going to the ER and I am not coming in Monday for Betas! I told her I would call them in about a month. I expected the Dr. or NP to call me back, but they never did.
I took this as a sign to not go through with my 4th and last IUI and move onto a RE for testing. The RE I called could not believe I never had testing done to date. We are waiting for an appointment to open up otherwise we have to wait until Jan. to start IVF process. I can't wait!
Thank you ladies for your honesty...you truly helped keep things in perspective and not get too excited about my fleeting BFP.

Wow, I am so sorry you're going through this. I can't believe they told you to go to the ER. I'm sure you're dying to cap off this m/c by wasting a couple hundred bucks and like 17 hours, right?
When is your RE appointment? Are you for sure jumping right into IVF or are you having testing done first?

Thank you for the kind words...you had me laughing about wasting my time in the ER...you couldn't have said it better!
The doctor I want to see (my two friends recommended her) is booked until Jan and apparently her Jan schedule is not avail for appointments yet. They stated cancellations happen often enough that they will call me for a consultation.
They were shocked to hear I had no testing to date...so during the consult we are going to discuss what tests need to be completed before going forward with IVF. We have to see what kind of financial assistance we can get too. I will keep you posted. Looks like I have to be patient for now.

Oh no! I'm SO sorry.
But I'm also so glad that you're getting the frak away from that NP. Geez. And I'm really glad that your RE's office is already working on a plan for you! Really hope time goes by quickly until January & that you hear from them soon.
((HUGE HUGS))
Ugh. I'm so sorry you had to deal with doctors who weren't honest OR listening. I HATE that. In fact, it's one of the worst parts of our TTC journey, IMO. . .
Glad to hear you've got a good RE on board though - that'll make a world of difference.
