What do you clean your toys with?

I am snagging that Rainforest Jumperoo for $35 on Saturday (yay!) and I'm wondering what's the best way to clean/disinfect it.  I think the fabric seat is machine washable but as far as the plastic parts, what cleaner do you use?  So far I have only washed D's toys with hot soap and water, but that doesn't seem convenient for such a large toy.  Any wipes you can recommend?  I'm not sure what's the safest to use.

I usually use Lysol wipes or 7th Generation Wipes. I prefer the Lysol ones.

You can also use a bleach/water solution to disinfect.

I use vinegar & water (50/50) to clean Holly's toys. Or, sometimes if they're really grimy (or used), I'll use Lysol or Clorox wipes, then wipe them down with the vinegar/water to clean off the residue.

Whenever we get stuff from family I wipe them down with 7th Generation wipes.  They are not the best smelling to me but they aren't horrible

I wipe large toys with lysol wipes and follow that with a warm damp cloth.
