they actually used the online patient portal for something. Don't get me wrong I'm very happy with them, I just wish that the patient portal (as they call it) wasn't such a tease.  It would be great if I could log in and let them know that today is CD1 and we want to do another iui cycle.  Instead I have to walk all the way outside and away from the smokers to call from my cell, which is old and I can barely understand anyone when I'm on it.

That portal would be nice.  Making those phone calls outside next to a loud intersection is my #1 most hated task in all of this.  They need an app for that.

I agree, seems whenever I try to use my office phone someone has to walk in. So I use my cell and usually freeze outside in the winter.

So I went out there and it's so windy I was getting pelted with leaves and my hair blown all in my face.  It's a miracle they could even hear me.  Of course the smokers are looking at me wondering why I chose to stand in the vortex that forms in the courtyard, lol.

My RE's office uses the portal but not for making appointments. But I do love that they put the results on it so you can see them.
