letting go of the bad stuff...

So today is the first day without...

1. Diet Coke...ugh

2. sonic breakfast, I know, I know, that is why it is going away.

And the first day with...

1. Water...Water...Water... and the great things that come with drinking nothing but this.

2. knowing that I am going to put healthy things into my body so that it will feel better and function like it should.

 Wish me luck ladies this is going to be harder than I thought.

  • You know you have pretty much the best motivation possible to keep it up...so keep it up!

    Its mind over matter, but don't be afraid to still enjoy a small portion from time to time the things you like best.  Being pg shouldn't ALL be sacrifice Big Smile

  • You can do it! If you get tired of drinking only water try making some citrus flavored water with just 3 or 4 thin slices of lime and oranges. Also, I drink lots of herbal tea with a little honey in it. You are still getting hydrated like you need to but it is a little flavorful and sweet without too much sugar!
