I need a super super stiff chocolate icing to ice some cupcakes for some photos. I need them to retain their shape for at least 15 minutes, and I want to do that piled-on with a peak look. Would just melted chocolate chips do it, you think? Or would buttercream be better? They don't need to be edible.
