Gold Bond Medicated safe in pregnancy?

I have a small chaffing rash on my skin and put Gold Bond on it this morning without really thinking about it.  Is it safe?  The interwebs say Cat. C and that scares me a bit..

I believe it's one of the many things I used for my PUPPS during my pregnancy, but I don't recall ever asking if it was ok because it didn't occur to me that it wasn't.
