    I have an external hard drive located in a safe location. I don't back up my programs because this is a work computer. Just my files.

    We have a back-up through Norton, but I don't know much about it. I also back-up my photos to CD, although I am terribly behind right now. I send the extra copy to my parents. It's my way of getting them photos and having an off-site back-up all in one.
